Before offering services to clients, Tem Thompson acquired, designed, renovated, and built residential properties with his own capital at risk. Since 2013, that work has shaped Buildoro’s approach to quality, budgeting, and long-term value.
Tem combines an engineering background with residential construction experience and more than 15 years operating an interior design school. He considers how a space looks, how it functions, and how it can be built—so creative decisions stay connected to practical execution.
Today, Tem personally leads design and project management for every Buildoro project, coordinating specialty trades through construction. We accept a limited number of projects so you work directly with the person accountable for bringing your vision to life.
